Two common uses for Editing a user's properties are to change Password settings and change Group designations. You will see that the User Name and Email are the same for Add User, as well as Grops and User Folder Permissions.
When a user fails to log-in correctly, their account is locked. Administrators work with IT Help Desk personnel to:
- Reset a password.
- Unlock the user account.
- NOTE: clicking "Allow Multiple Sessions" will allow multiple instances of the same user account in the system. It will allow a user account to log in to the application even if the account is currently Active.
