Troubleshooting DOMA Imaging Application (DIA)
Symptom: DIA will not launch using any browser.
Please remove the .NET application cache and reattempt the action once completed.
- Close the browser and all open windows.
- Delete the following folder from your computer:
- C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Local Settings\Apps\2.0 or C:\Users\%username%\data\Local\Apps\2.0
- C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Local Settings\Apps\2.0 or C:\Users\%username%\data\Local\Apps\2.0
Once completed, please reattempt the action that was causing the issue. The DIA will reinstall.
Symptom: DIA will not launch using Google Chrome.
Google Chrome no longer supports Microsoft.NET Click-Once technology. You will need a plug-in available from the Google Chrome Store. Here are some examples:

Symptom: DIA will not launch using Mozilla Firefox.
Similar to Chrome, Mozilla Firefox no longer supports Microsoft.NET Click-Once technology. You will need a plug-in available from the Google Chrome Store. Here are some examples:
