When Editing or Adding a Group, you will be presented with the following setting options:

1. Group Name
2. Password Expiration
3. Two-factor Authentication - If enabled, the user will need to provide the second specified form of authentication when logging in
4. Max Dashboard Widgets - The maximum number of widgets members of this group can have displayed on their dashboards.
5. Default Folder
6. Group Roles - Roles allow or deny a User rights to modify global settings such as:
   • Admin
   • Home
   • Reports
   • Config
   • User Prefs
7. Group Permissions - Defines Group permissions for accessing and editing:
   • Users
   • Custom Fields
   • Entity Types
   • Document Types
   • Folders
