Entity Types are like categories in which you place a specific Entity. Example: Doctors is an Entity Type, each individual doctor added to the DOMA portal (e.g. Dr. Kelly Wright) is an instance of that Entity Type. When you are on this page you can:

1. Add an Entity Type by clicking on the Add tab at the top of the Entity Type list.
2. Find an Entity by typing in the first few letters into the Filter box; then hit the magnifying glass.
   • Clicking the magnifying glass while the Filter box is empty will bring the full list back again.
3. Edit an Entity Type by clicking the pencil icon.
4. Delete an Entity Type by clicking the red "X" next to its name. You will be prompted with a pop-up box to confirm the delete.
5. Change the Order of the Custom Fields.

NOTE: You can Sort by Ascending or Descending order by clicking on the column heading.
