Workflow Core Concepts

There are three (3) concepts which come into play when discussing Workflow Tasks:

1) The Left Navigation Menu which is found on the Home Page, showing all tasks the user has permissions for.

2) Status bar showing if the task has expired and if the task is assigned.

• If the task is expired the status bar will be red instead of green
• If the task is assigned the user will see

• If the task is unassigned, the buttons will be grayed out:

3) DIAL icon used to complete the task.

• Users can also use the checkout button to complete the task.
